We would like to thank Cari for her volunteerism and generosity in helping Dil's Home Foundation fulfill the goal of the first objective of our organization: "To provide a safe and nurturing environment for children and families of Bandipur to eat, sleep, play and learn." Cari's music has brought awareness to the public about DHF and has encouraged others to give to our cause. With her help and the help of our volunteers, $770 has been raised for the "L.I.G.H.T. Center for Children and Orphans". Thank You Cari and Many Returns to You!

Artist: Cari Kindl

About: Cari Kindl is an independent musician living in Tallahassee, Florida. She travelled to Nepal in 1997 before the civil war had begun. Moved by her experiences there, she wrote the song "Bottomless Wishing Well" and created the music video of the same name. Earlier this year she began following DHF on MySpace and in July decided to volunteer her music and services in a generous effort to help the foundation raise money for it's Orphanage Construction Fund.

Featured Artist: CARLA WERNER

About: Carla is a talented jewelry maker living in Deerfield, Illinois. She has volunteered her time with DHF on multiple occasions since its founding. She was so moved by the plight of the children and families in Bandipur that she decided to create a Nepali-inspired line of custom-made jewelry. She has graciously dedicated 100% of the sales of this collection to the Orphanage Construction Fund.
